Responsible for managing the training and development processes of all The Seminyak employees. Ensures that the The Seminyak achieves its goals by providing the training required by employees in order to perform competently.
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, coordinating and ultimately administering the training and development functions.
Responsible for controlling that all activities in the resort are in accordance with the expected standards.
Qualification:
Proven experience with minimum 2-years in the same position in 5* international hotels company
Graduated from reputable university with excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Executive level with ultimate leadership and proven track record
